We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit our contact form, we receive the name, company, email address, area of interest, and messageyou provide. We do not require any other personal information to browse the site.
How we use it
We use the details you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about working together. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How it’s handled and shared
Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider, Resend, which processes the message on our behalf. We do not store submissions in a separate database. We may share information only where necessary to respond to you, or where required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence, after which they are deleted.
Cookies & analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, we will update this policy first.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us. To make a request, email info@inddconsulting.com and we will respond promptly.
